Why Strength Training is Key to Achieving Your Health And Fitness Goals

Our athletes come to us with a broad range of goals. For some, it?s getting their first pull-up, or making a new PR in their back squat. Others want to achieve a toned physique or simply feel healthier. These, and almost every fitness goal, can be achieved by doing one thing: strength training.

  • Build Functional Strength: Strength training improves your overall functional strength, helping you achieve fitness milestones like your first pull-up by developing the necessary muscle power and endurance.
  • Enhance Overall Health and Wellness: Engaging in regular strength training boosts metabolism, supports cardiovascular health, and enhances bone density, contributing to a healthier and more resilient body.
  • Improve Body Composition: By increasing muscle mass and reducing body fat, strength training helps you achieve a more toned and balanced physique, leading to a healthier body composition.
  • Boosts Confidence and Energy: Strength training not only makes you physically stronger but also boosts your confidence and energy levels, empowering you to tackle daily activities and fitness challenges with renewed vigor.

If you?re ready to take your strength to the next level, Semi-Private Training is for you.

What Is Semi-Private Training?

This program allows experienced and newer athletes alike to dive deeper into strength training, within a small group setting. Sessions are 6-weeks, and we use hypertrophy to emphasize muscle building and strength development through controlled, targeted movements.

Why Hypertrophy?

Hypertrophy is a form of strength training designed to increase muscle volume through progressive overload and high-volume sets. Each movement targets a specific muscle group; which is different from our Barbell class where we often compound movements.

What to Expect:

Limited to six people per session, you?ll receive more technical support, an app to track your progress, and a training program you won?t find in our regular classes.
