We have daily meal plans, recipes, and full shopping lists to make the post-holiday clean up act a smooth one.  Cooks of Crocus Hill  is making it even easier to jump in on the 365 challenge with this special offer to all of you.

The incredibly mouth-watering delicious classes below will be hosted at the Cooks of Crocus Hill, North Loop-Minneapolis location of 208 N. 1st Street, Minneapolis and instructed by Chef Lorelei McInerny. Pricing is $75 per guest per class. Classes will include both a demonstration and participation aspect, along with recipes and menu tastings. If you register for two or all three classes, Cooks will give you $10 off per registration, for up to a $30 discount. Amazing breakfasts can change the mood of any mundane morning. In this hands-on class with Chef Lorelei, you?ll learn the basics for a trio of egg creations that bring together favorite fresh ingredients. Rise and definitely shine with these morning picks.(*Note: All recipes adhere to the Paleo diet guidelines.)

Scotch Eggs-hard boiled (eggs encased in pork sausage)
Eggs in purgatory (eggs baked in a hearty tomato sauce)
Avocado egg cups with salsa verde

Wednesday, January 18, 6-8pm
Flavor Up: The Spice is Right
Spice up your life and make the best use of foods without adding fat, gluten, soy or dairy. Come on down to prepare a Latin menu that will chase away the winter blues and bring on the sunshine. (*Note: All recipes adhere to the Paleo diet guidelines.)

Chimichurri sauce with grilled steak and chicken
